A Cork Christmas Celebration organised by Cork City Council in association with Bord Gáis Energy will take place during Christmas week and will run right up until Wednesday evening December 21.

Cork City Fire Department will be on the Grand Parade giving out valuable information on fire safety at Christmas. Visit their community fire safety unit where you can experience what is it’s like to put out a fire on their digital fire extinguisher simulator and discover what a fire-fighter sees though digitally active smoke goggles.

Come see the Cork City Fire Brigade’s special 1951 Vintage Rolls Royce Fire Brigade Engine. The vintage engine which is being re-launched by the Cork Fire Brigade will be located outside the National Monument on the Grand Parade this Monday December  19^th from 4pm-8pm.
